Cancellation Policy We kindly ask that you reschedule or cancel your appointment at least 48 hours in advance. This allows us the opportunity to accommodate other clients. Appointments rescheduled within 24–48 hours are permitted a one-time courtesy reschedule. Any additional changes will require a new deposit. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment, as well as no-shows, will result in being charged the full service fee. By booking, you are agreeing to this policy. Payment Policy Deposits are due at the time of booking. The remaining balance for your service is due upon completion of your appointment. Lateness Policy We understand that delays can happen. However, if you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your service may need to be modified to ensure we remain on schedule for all clients. In some cases, depending on the service, this may require rescheduling. Please note that the full service fee will still apply. No-Show Policy Clients who fail to show up for their scheduled appointment without notice will be charged the full service fee. Repeated no-shows will require prepayment for future bookings. Guest Policy To maintain a peaceful and focused environment, we ask that no additional guests or children attend your appointment unless they are being serviced. An exception is made for minor clients, who may be accompanied by a parent or guardian.Business Hours

SLS HAIR & SCALP WELLNESS INC. reserves the right to use any photograph/ video taken at any event or appointment without the expressed written permission of those included within the photograph/video. However the client can request to not make his/her face visible to the public. Client/Guest assumes any risk and takes full responsibility and waives any claims of personal injury, allergic reactions, loss of property, death, damage to personal property associated with such services by salon including but not limited to temporary or permanent damage to hair and scalp unsatisfactory results from said service provided. To the fullest extend permitted by applicable law, we may cancel an appointment by written notice and/or phone call to you with a full refund due to emergency situations. All appointments are non refundable after 24 hours prior to appointment time. NYC and NYS taxes will be applied to all services.
